I'm starting a new Million Dollar Online Coach Case Study Group this month, and I’m looking for a handful of people to work with to create as successful case-studies before our official launch of the

Million Dollar Online Coach Implementation program.

I've been working very closely with a small group of people in the last 8 weeks.

The results have been amazing and I'm going to work with one more case study group over the next couple of months...starting next week.

Here’s some of what we’re going to work on:

1. We’ll start with your offer, packaging up your coaching using a tool called The 6 Magic Pills to make you easy to buy. We’ll work on your program and price points so you get the clients and money you’re after.

2. Next, we'll take my Sales Webinar Template, and design your high-value conversion webinar. It’ll be high-value, and high converting. We want to get this built early in the process, so you can get 2 or 3 webinars in before the case study program is up.

3. We'll focus on your Webinar Profit Pipeline... focussing on the 4 campaigns that make a webinar successful —sign up, show up, pay up and follow up. We’ve been perfecting these 4 campaigns for years, and we have it down to a science now. We’ll take my email and funnel page templates, and customize them for YOUR business

4. One of the keys to moving from 1:1 coaching to1: many online coaching is unpacking the knowledge and experience you’ve got from your coaching, and turning it into online courses and programs... you’ll be able to scale up your income, without adding any more hours to your day.

5. My favorite high-probability, low-cost way to generate more business/ is by Positioning yourself as an Authority in your space. We'll talk about “The Authority Architecture“...and specifically what to do on YOUR website to get credibility and clients. We’ll also establish your Communication Rhythm —a simple system for you to produce weekly blogs, emails, podcasts or videos like I do.

6. One of the most overlooked opportunities for more clients is in the “Convert” phase... just learning how to run a "Tester" Call and Strategy Session the right way usually takes your conversion rate to 70-90%. We'll work on your Conversion Conversation skills in both these areas.

7. Once we've got your Ninja-Level Conversion Skills in place...you'll want to multiply the number of people you can engage with! So, we'll finish up with creating the ultimate lead magnets for your business, maximize your opt-in rates, and get leads with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Joint Ventures.

Anyone of these things can move the needle immediately for your business, and my experience is that ONE of these is going to resonate with you and stand out as the BIG opportunity for you specifically...so we'll be able to spend more time on that one with you.
